Pam Piligian directs marketing and advertising strategy, research, public and industry relations, product campaigns and marketing metrics for Navy Federal Credit Union, the world’s largest credit union and a four-time recipient of Forrester’s CX Index Best in Class Ranking. Previously, she was SVP of Fitzgerald & Co, an IPG Company, where she helped win the Navy Federal account in 2009 and then led its branding effort. Piligian has more than 20 years of account management experience with DDB, Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson and BBDO and has executed campaigns for such brands as Wachovia, Energizer, Safeway, Nabisco, Ocean Spray, Quikrete, Black+Decker and Southern Company. She has won a Bronze Cannes Cyber Lion for Durex viral marketing, a Midas award for the Navy Federal “Stories” campaign, a Silver Effie for acquisition and retention campaigns for TVA, and a Max award for Quikrete new product introduction campaigns. Piligian holds a B.A. degree in marketing from Georgia State University.
