Jim Low is responsible for all consumer and B2B marketing, strategy and execution for Schuman Cheese, a specialty cheese manufacturer and importer. Previously, Low was the General Manager of Enjoy Life Foods and a senior marketing leader at Mondelez International, where he led the creation of the Ritz Crackers Open for Fun campaign, the brand’s longest-running ad campaign since the early 1960s, as well as the Wheat Thins Twittervention and Triscuits Home Farming campaigns. Low began his professional life as a crisis counselor at Covenant House Texas and later served as a legislative assistant in the U.S. Congress and Senate. He serves on the National Advertising Review Board and Covenant House New Jersey’s Dove Learning Center board.
