Hartnett started her career at Starmark before serving as executive VP and partner at GFX International, an Inc. 500–ranked Chicago-based national graphics company. She led GFX’s growth from a couple dozen to 200+ employees, serving McDonald’s, Sears, Citibank and other global brands. Hartnett returned to Starmark in 2005 as chief operating officer and was promoted to president in 2010.
